§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: http://klopotowskiego.pl
   and is effective from 25 May 2018.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform that:

1. We process data for the following purposes:
   1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   3. handling complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
   5. sending a newsletter (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – requesting completion of a survey or answering a few questions regarding the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
2. Providing data is voluntary, although necessary to use the services. In the case of giving consent it is voluntary and is given by clicking a checkbox containing the terms of the consent.
3. If a person has consented to the processing of data (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data are processed until the consent is withdrawn, but after that period information about who, when and what consent was given may be archived (for the purposes of establishing, asserting or defending legal claims). In other cases, data are processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g. performance of a contract, answering inquiries, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, asserting or defending claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

5. Every data subject has the right to access personal data, to rectify, erase or restrict their processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
6. Transactional data, including personal data, are transmitted directly by the user to the payment service provider.
7. Visitors to the Website may fill in a form and subscribe to the newsletter and provide an e-mail address and/or telephone number as a basis for automatic contact.
8. Visitors to the Website may consent to our conducting advertising campaigns on social networks targeted based on e-mail address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of software development and IT systems maintenance companies with whom we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements include rules on data processing and confidentiality. These data are not disclosed and none of these companies has the right to process the data in a manner different from that specified in the agreement. Your data, if a company has access to them, may be processed solely for the purposes of properly providing services.

§4. COOKIES

1. Cookies are sent to web browsers and then stored in the device's memory and read by the server on each connection to the Website.
2. We note that storing cookies does not enable us to access your private device or to read any data other than that stored in the cookies.
3. We use so‑called technical cookies that enable the proper use of communication transmission and remembering your settings and creating simple Service statistics.
